Resolution

This is my first post on my new blog. I set this up to have a place to write down all the interesting stories I find out about my ancestors. The plan is write at least one blog post a week. During the summer and other break times there may be more. The families I'll be writing about include the Henricksons, Strands, Thompsons and Ashleys, among others. One thing they all had in common was they all ended up in Michigan. The earliest arrived in the 1830's. The last arrived in the early 1900's. They came from the United Kingdom, Sweden, Germany, and modern day Poland. They were all looking for a better life that Michigan seemed to offer. Questions, comments, suggestions all welcomed. Please feel free to share with others. I'm ALWAYS looking for stories, documents and pictures on relatives and ancestors. No bit of information is too small!  #52Ancestors
